When Malcolm X said the afore-mentioned words, it was a claim for justice, a claim for all human beings to fight for their legitimate rights and have them respected. As a litigator I have the law, the spoken and written word, as the “means necessary.” Then, my liberty in inserting the term “legally” in that famous sentence uttered by the former human and civil rights leader. I look for fairness, I fight for justice, and I resort to all means legally necessary to ensure that justice is served to those who seek for it!
